Biking Adventure & Salt Pans

Start the ride in the countryside on way to Moray archeological site where you will take the beauty of nature and archaeology, this place served as a farming laboratory having variations of temperature in each terrace, it helped to provide different growing environments in a small area.

After lunch, we will pass through the town of Maras well known by its colonial blue color doorways then we will get to the salt pans located in the hillside connected by an irrigation system that feed the pans with salty water. Following your tour, you will be returned to the hotel.

Today, after breakfast you will have a fun horseback ride. We will follow a trail parallel to the Urubamba River, we will have beautiful views where rural landscapes, imposing mountains and countryside mix in all its splendor.

Enjoy a delicious lunch in the outdoors. After, visit Ollantaytambo, ascend with your guide to an old fortress Inca remain. extremely well-built walls that have never been completed, this site offers great views of the valley and the Urubamba river that meanders through it, you will have elaborate information about the history and theories behind the Inca civilization. There will be some free time to stroll around the area before being transferred to the hotel.

Begin this great experience aboard the train of your choice in direction to Machupicchu town, please have a look outside through the windows to the astonishing scenarios, after some time, you will be immerse into a canyon surrounded by the cloud forest and stunning granite mountains.

Machupicchu Citadel Exploration

Before going to the ancient citadel, get lunch in the town. Afterwards, explore with your knowledgeable guide the Lost City of the Incas as you walk through temples, fountains, terraces and get connected by the spiritual energy of the place. At the end of the exploration make your way back to the hotel.

Today, we will head back to the Citadel to have a better interpretation, walk through the mysterious alleys and stone-building. You will feel as though you’ve been transported into a work of art as you marvel the iconic Inca civilization.

Mountain Hike & Return to Cusco

You will also have the chance to hike to the top Huayna Picchu or Machupicchu mountain, it takes around 3 hours walking back and forth, please note that tickets to hike up will need to be purchased in advance. After visiting the citadel catch the afternoon train back to the sacred valley, where you will be dropped off at the hotel in Cusco.

Today cross the open fields heading to the beautiful and solitary lagoon of Piuray. Explore the area doing stand-up paddle or kayak, experience is not required due its tranquil aquamarine waters. You will be surrounded by few Andean communities; they still preserve their traditions.

Water Sports & Archery

Return to the shore and have a tasty lunch based in local products. Relax with your children while practicing archery, aim your shot carefully and hit the bullseye to earn a handicraft. This activity is suitable for beginners and experienced archers.

After having spent time in this picturesque place you will be transferred to the cosmopolitan city of Cusco.
